I’ve been using the Loop (Backloop) for nearly three months now and over that time, I’ve seen notable improvements in both strength and flexibility. I’ve noticed improvements in the way my hips and my knees work. I move better.
In fact, I just got back from a trip up north where I did a lot of mountain biking and hiking. The Loop made those activities much easier.
It packed up quite easily into my suitcase and I was able to get it through security with no problems. It was very easy, and, matter of fact, I had debated whether or not I was going to take it with me. But, it had done so much good for me over that time period that I decided that I could not leave it behind.
