I injured my back about two years ago and went through a lot of chiropractic and exercises. I still was living with pain and reduced flexibility and mobility. A couple of months ago, I opted to start using the Backloop and I’ve been using it three to four times a day.
There have been times when I felt a lot of pain before I’ve done my Backloop, almost to the point to where I thought I was going to have to call in to make an extra appointment. Then I’ve done my (Backloop) exercises and been able to go the rest of the day and kept my appointment where it was.
I’ve gotten a lot more flexibility. I’ve been able to return to dance class. I’m almost back to being able to do yoga class, not quite there yet but it’s coming. It’s only been…. less that two months that I’ve been using the Backloop.
My pain levels have decreased tremendously. Especially, there’ll be a difference even before I do it and after I finish it. So, I might get on feeling the pain a little bit. I could feel the pain running down my leg, did my “thirty”, went about the rest of my day and I’m fine now. I’m not feeling any pain.
So, it’s a way for me to take care of myself, where I don’t have to constantly have to rely on coming in (to the chiropractor’s) because you can’t come in every day….because some days, I wake up in pain. And they’ve been able to treat, to help myself feel better, to be able to go about my day feeling much better without taking pain medication.
