Shipments into Canada from the U.S. require additional freight, duties and tax fees, therefore The Backloop does not take orders for international delivery through this website. Can you ship to a PO Box or APO?

What are the height and weight limit for the Backloop?
The Backloop is safely used by individuals who weigh up to 350 lbs., and height minimum or 4 feet.
Are there health issues that would prevent me from using the Backloop?

Can you do other positions while in the Backloop?
Advanced use positions will be available by subscription (free) when you register your warranty.

Does the Backloop require assembly?
Unlike most competing products, the Backloop comes 100% pre-assembled. The product comes with an instructional DVD to guide you through the process of hanging on your door.
How much does the Backloop weigh?
The Backloop weighs less than 4 lbs.
Does Backloop charge sales tax?
Only for orders shipping within the state of Texas are charged tax.
Where are the Backloops and accessories manufactured?
The Backloop’s parts & accessories are all manufactured in the U.S.A. We have partnered with a network of companies to provide a great product at a fair cost.
How can I track the status of my order?
A confirmation of your order will be emailed immediately along with a shipping notification when your product ships. You should also receive a tracking number of the carrier,(UPS, FedEx), so that you can follow the status of your shipment.
Will I receive a bill in the mail?
No, you will receive a copy of our order with payment noted via email when your order is placed on the website. Keep this information for future reference.
Are the assembly instructions or owner’s manual available online?
There is no assembly required; however a DVD which is included in your package will explain basic set up and adjustment. Once you complete your warranty registration you will also have access to basic and advanced instructions in our website.
