The Loop allows my back to kind of stretch out and my hips to move. So when I’m standing or moving around, in the area that I’m in, I have more freedom, more flow. So it doesn’t feel so bad when I’m standing for ten hours or standing and sitting for ten hours.
I can get up, sit down, walk around, move passengers, and it’s not a problem when I go to stand up and move.
At the very beginning, when you first start, you can feel it starting to loosen up. And about three weeks into it, I noticed paying attention to how I was walking. When I would walk the dogs, I would suddenly say “I’m feeling better”. And then at work, I’d get up to go move or change positions and then “Hey, I’m feeling better”. All of a sudden you’d notice, “Oh…well…that feels better”. So you didn’t tighten up as much throughout the day. It was gradually getting better and better and better. Then (after that) when you did the loop, if even relaxed it more. So I usually do it before I go to bed. So, relaxed out, I sleep well and get up the next day, gradually making progress every day.
If you get up and have a little bit of a kink, go over, hang….. feel better…. walk off. Or if you’ve been busy doing stuff, doing more driving that day, running around doing things or just have been in some bad positions, not sitting well, I can feel it’s a little snug. Just go in, hang. Doesn’t take very long. And you can feel it relax out.
The spinal decompression, I like because it was very useful, very helpful. But it would have been nice to have this (the Backloop) to go along with it because I could have done this at home. And anytime it would start to tighten up, I could have immediately intervened. And I would have been able to intervene throughout the day instead of waiting to come in once a day when we were doing it (spinal decompression) for that period. Even having to wait for the next 24 hours, it would have been nice to be able to just do something, right then and there.
It’s easy and it’s convenient. But also doesn’t involve an inversion. While the inversion table is nice, if you have any type of …. if you’re dizzy at all or don’t like that kind of movement, you can’t use the inversion table. But you can use this (the Backloop). And this takes up a lot less space than the inversion table does.
So, this would be a better product and a better investment than an inversion table. You’re stretching it out and your relaxing that…it just relaxes all the way up. Even though it might not be focusing on the neck and the upper back, you can still feel it help. It does open your shoulders up because your muscles aren’t quite so tight and you’re not pulling forward. It lets you relax and be standing more up, straight.
