My name’s Ryan, 26, and I’m a high school teacher. I had a serious injury. I started using the Backloop in the beginning of May, so, three months now. I’ve definitely noticed dramatic improvements.
I’d have to visit the chiropractor every 10 to 14 days. And since using the Backloop, that’s gone from three to four and now five weeks in between visits. That’s definitely cut it in half.
Also, there’s a lot of improvement in my range of motion in my neck. I enjoy playing softball a lot and because of my injury, I had to miss out on the Spring season. But I’ve been playing for the Summer season and I think I’ve been doing better than I have before…. it was just… my hitting’s better… I don’t know.
Thanks to the Backloop, I’ve been able to play again. I can play video games comfortably, read comfortably. My injury is definitely improving a lot quicker than it was before the Loop.
I use the Loop four times a day. I do twenty hangs and each hang is two to three seconds. I use it more often on the weekends, too, because I’m not stuck in an office all day or in the classroom.
In July, I went to New York. I stayed in Brooklyn and I took the Backloop with me. I just packed it in my backpack along with a pillow for the flight. It fit in my backpack easily. It has a nice little carry-on.
The door where I was staying at was a lot bigger than my door at home but it was real easy to adjust with the Loop. I just extended it and put it on there and hung from it. It made walking around New York City a lot easier.
I’d say there’s 60 to 80% less than what they were. I’d be sitting in chair all day, I’d come home, I’d be miserable. And now, I can tolerate the sitting in the chair. I come home and I do the Loop and I feel refreshed.
