How do I return an item?
Simply fill out this web form or all Customer Service at 1.855.525.5667 before 90 days. Give your name and email address, and if possible your date of purchase. A return prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for your convenience. Simply print it, tape it to box, and deliver to UPS or USPS (the method from your order) For more details see the Backloop warranty page.
Original packaging and shipping material, package enclosures, literature/DVD’s, etc. must be included in your product return.
We accept returns for full refund 90 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 90 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- within 90 calendar days of the delivery date (after 90 days no returns are allowed)
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 90 days noted in that item’s particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Again you MUST contact us within 90 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
