3. If any questions remain after checking our Frequently Asked Questions page and viewing our instructional DVD, give us a call at 1.855.525.5667.

If you are not completely satisfied, please email us at customerservice@myBackloop.com.  You will have a return shipping label emailed within 48 hours to print and ship back.  Be sure to enclose all ORIGINAL packing and shipping material, packing enclosures, apparatus, instructions, and DVD. Your account will be credited within 7-14 business days of our receipt of your package.
5. Limited coverage of all hardware and the actual strap material is for 5 years.
6. Limited coverage of foam cushions and covers for one full year.
7. Any and all defects in materials or workmanship will be covered by repair or replacement of your Backloop.  Call 1.855.525.5667 email customer service at customerservice@myBackloop.com to report a problem.
8. You may have other consumer rights within your state.

The warranty does not cover the following:

1. Fading or discoloration of fabric or materials due to exposure to laundry methods, exposure to chemicals, or sunlight.
2. Problems caused by use for which it is not intended.
3. Damages caused by natural disasters, fires, and any and all commercial use.
