TCU Invitational Track Meet Results from Using the Backloop

May 4, 2014 by John O'Grady ·

Dr. Chuck Tillotson: Hi, I’m Dr. Chuck with MyBackloop.Com. We’re here at the TCU invitational track meet today, and we’re going to see just what affect that my Backloop has on some premier runners with their ultimate goal, going to the 2016 Olympics in Brazil.

Dr. Chuck: Your runners have had the Backloop for about 4 weeks now. What have you noticed, watching them and training them as far as positive impact from the Backloop?

Coach Lloyd Edwards
Professional Coach for 23 years
Coached Olympians:

  • Tanya Lawrence
  • Aaron Egbele
  • Bernard Williams

Coach Edwards: I’ve seen amazing development. The biggest thing is that they’re telling me – they’re telling me the difference.

Ackeem Forde – runner in the 100 meters
Country: Barbados
Old PR: 10.40
New PR: 10.23 after 4 weeks

Ackeem Forde: Prior to using the Backloop, my PR (personal record) in the 100 meters was 10.4 and that pretty much was my PR for three years.

Jamil Hubbard – runner in the 200 meters
Old PR: 20.54
New PR: 20:.40 after 4 weeks

Jamil Hubbard: I ran the 200 today. I used the Backloop quite a few times and it’s really helped a lot.

Ackeem Forde: On attaining the Backloop as well as using it twice a day, I manage a PR on my first race of 10.23.

Jamil Hubbard: This is definitely my PR here so I’m definitely happy with that, attributed to Doc (Dr. Chuck).

Clint Allen- USA – runner in the 100 meters
TCU Time: 10.39

Clint Allen: Backloop took away my lower back pain. It lengthens you out, relaxes all the muscles in the back..

Coach Edwards: … And with the functionality of the back, it’s major. You would say, “I gotta get my back right.”

Clint Allen: … Because, you know, all the muscles are tight at the back, when you come around, it helps me stand up completely. It just helps me be mobile. Super easy to use, super easy to carry.

Ackeem Forde: …pretty simple, easy to set up, so I usually take it with me to track meets. Initially, I didn’t have much faith about the Backloop. I couldn’t really see or tell how hanging up something on a door and actually using it twice a day would actually help with my power or my strength or my application or my efficiency in my sport.

Clint Allen: After using the Backloop the first time, I got stronger. It was immediate improvement.

Ackeem Forde: I can definitely see, a change. My back pain has been alleviated. I no longer have it. And my effort on the track is so much different. I can definitely tell. I’m able to apply much more force, much more power.

Coach Edwards: It’s very, very important of the human body functionality. These folks are training for speed and need flexibility.

Clint Allen: The Backloop will help anybody that is a human being- period! Especially athletes! If you do any sport, it will definitely help.
