My husband and I owned a janitorial business for thirty years. And I had a day-care for ten years and they were both running simultaneously. So I was getting maybe four hours sleep a day for about eleven of those years. Consequently, I did a lot of damage to my back. I’ve had to live with a lot of pain. I’m finding that the Backloop has helped me immensely.
We hung it in a very special spot so I’d go by it a lot during the day and I could take a few minutes to relax. It relaxes the muscles in the upper part of my shoulders where I become most tense when I get to feeling bad with my back and with daily frustrations in life, I suppose.
It helps the lower portion of my back and it stops aching. It was a constant ache. I’ll do this several times a day. I find, the more I do it, it does help. A lot!
